My wife and I had the honor of having The Majlis as our event manager for our wedding recently. First and foremost i would like to express our sincere gratitude to them for the exceptional service that they have provided. We had quite a big wedding of two couples with around 1000pax and was quite difficult to manage. But it was well executed by the majlis team that consisted of a 5-man team. They have taken really good care of us as well, since planning/rehearsal and during the event itself. We were able to overcome multiple obstacles that arised during planning and rehearsals professionally with their aid. They made sure that everything ran smoothly during the wedding day, especially during the family arrival that was expected to be chaotic and they were able to juggle well between the two wedding couples in terms of photo sessions/crowd control during the ceremony. On top of that, I was very touched by the fact that they would always make sure that the well being of the wedding couple is maintained - theyd often ask us whether if we are okay or if we need anything or require assistance, despite them not being our PA per se. And another surprise to me is that they are able to do MAKEUP FOR THE GROOM. It just came as a shock to me because we thought they were only going to style the groom, but Sam - who is the leader that was incharge of MC was able to do make up on me as well as styled me, and he does it REALLY GOOD! I would like to thank them again for the wonderful service that they have provided, not only were they professional, but they were also genuine nice people - they really do live up to their motto of being your wedding bestie!
